Shipping Policy – Leela Store

At Leela Store (leelastore.com), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, and procedures so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (within India)
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select locations)

3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout. A ₹99 fee applies to COD orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
